They are a small diversified farm in Northern Vermont balancing sustainable farming practices with land conservation methodologies to build nutrient rich soils that produce healthier herbs and vegetables. They have decades of experience producing high quality compost from locally sourced material to rejuvenate their farmlands, enriching the soil for quality pastures and gardens. Conservation of the land is a high priority driving land their use decisions which includes incorporating native pollinator habitats, hugelculture practices, and nutrient capture throughout their hilly landscape.

VT Toritilla Company
Our mission at the Vermont Tortilla Company is to use locally sourced organic corn, so we can support local farmers and sustainable agriculture. We are excited to be working with and using 100% VOF certified organic corn grown by Adirondack Organic Grains. These growers are located in the Champlain Valley in Essex, New York. They currently plant, harvest, and sell local grains including organic corn, organic hard red winter wheat, organic spring wheat, organic soybeans and organic sunflowers.
